It's information is based on over 25 years experience and recipe discovery and is yours only for the cost of getting it to you!
My first problem!! There was no central place to learn true smoked barbecue quickly.
At BarbecueXpress® you pay for the cost of the ideas that help you produce great barbecue fast, not paper." "Many years ago when I got the smoke from my first pit in my nose, it didn’t take me long to realize that there are a million sources of information about smoked barbecue Ribs, Brisket and Turkey , no matter how you spelled it. It is available everywhere. However, none of this information came with my new pit/smoker. You will find that bookstores, barbecue specialty shops, libraries, magazines, you name it, they all have something about barbecue. So where do you start? I thought there was a better and faster way......
Now for Only $7 you can have great and complete barbecue instructions
right in your E-Mail box in Seconds!!

Barbecue Instructions and Recipes for Smoked Ribs, Brisket and Juicy Turkey
The other problem is even your best friend would rather die than give up the recipe it took him years to figure out and develop. If you think I am kidding, just walk around a barbecue competition sometime and ask ‘em what they use for a rub. Watch the sparks fly. Either that or they’ll tell you they use battery acid as the secret ingredient. Fact is; asking pit masters for this information is like asking a fisherman or a hunter where his best spots are. Smokers and pit masters are among the friendliest and good times people I know but they don’t share freely the basic factors that makes for great barbecue. Now for the first time, you don't have to wait any longer.
You don't want to wait 10 years to find the right recipe after reading all those volumes and then not knowing if a recipe was any good until you try it. Trying all this stuff makes the wait even worse because if it doesn't turn out right, you lost your time, the meat, the coals and wood and maybe your reputation with all the friends you invited over just to find out you didn’t really know anything about barbecue…..you just had a new pit or smoker and they were your guinea pigs. It could be years before you get ‘em back.
Now all the answers are available in this easy reference
